Comfortable,sunny,spacious home located in Mission Bay 6km or 10 minutes drive East of Auckland city. 5 minute stroll to Mission Bay beach & promenade & scenic drive lined with numerous cafes, restaurants & art deco cinema. Watch the ships and yachts come into Auckland harbour- sail in an Americas Cup boat, visit the Maritime Museum. Several shopping villages nearby including a supermarket and medical centre. Many fun things to do include Kelly Tarltons, ferries depart from the Viaduct to Waiheke Island (30 mins) famous for its vineyards, cafes and art. 30 minutes to east coast surf beaches and forests.2-3 hours to Northland, Coromandel and Rotorua. 4 hours drive from Mt Ruapehu for skiing.
Our home is comfortable with gas appliances & central heating, opposite a small quiet park with playground. Computer with high speed internet available. Automatic family car to exchange with drivers over 25 years.
We are looking for a Long Term Exchange in an interesting location. We are open to suggestions but prefer somewhere where we can indulge in our passion for music {Jazz).Open to offers with the exception of Australia.
