On a well known golf resort in Murcia. Great golf, spa and hotel onsite as well as several restaurants, kids play area, supermarket and other activities such as tennis. Close by are several beaches, some touristy, others beautifully secluded. On the street outside the resort are several bars and restaurants if you like that type of thing. The main town of Murcia is lovely, yet quite. Many cool places to explore such as Valencia which is around a 2.5 hour drive. The house is very basic, detached, 2 bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs terrace, a very small front and back garden and onsite parking. Cypress trees, having grown for 2 years offer privacy and shade in the hot months. Possibly to join community meet ups on site, or keep to yourself. Quite house. Detached. Fully functioning kitchen with all needed. Washer, yet no dryer, rooftop for drying clothes as mostly warm all year round. Many onsite pools to use, you have access to all community benefits including 24 hour security. Murcia is incredibly quite, so more of a relaxation swap, or travel around swap Spain, if you are looking for constant parties, you would be bored here. Lots of cool hiking and country walks.
The second bedroom has just been renovated, so more photos to come soon, or on request. Would love Italy or U.K. preferably 6 months, would consider more/slightly shorter. Good weather all year around, mild winters, sunny nearly every day. April and today is 29, so quite good.
