Lovely neighbourhood with lot of shops, restaurants, swimming pool, schools, theaters, and most of all : Le Parc des Buttes Chaumont - a great parc for fresh air, and the famous Canal St Martin if we wish to walk along the river.
The apartment is fully equipped, bacony, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet separated, very large living/dining room.
