It's a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, located very close to city center (15 mins by taxi which will cost you 2USD per ride)

It's located in a very safe area (Yerevan is very safe anyways), has a garden with fireplace and barbeque-place, has a garage and a lot of parking place in front of it.

Armenia is a great destination for a 2-3 weeks holiday!

a day long trip costs ~ 20 USD, and you will see 2-3 very nice spots of Armenia for that price.

the city - Yerevan - is a very safe city, you can walk in streets of night Yerevan at 2AM and be sure that noone will bother you. we have a lot of pubs, nice restaurants to visit and try delicious Armenian food.

if you like to hike alone, it's easy to hike in Armenia, even the nature is very safe - no dangerous animals or insects.

if you want to explore more - beautiful Georgia is only ~ 280 km away from my home :) a taxi ride to Tbilisi (the capital) costs only 70USD (for the whole car fitting 4 people) or you can choose a minibus - which will cost you about 15 USD per person.

We will also be happy with non simultaneous exchanges - we've got a very big house and will be able to provide you with a separate room with toilet :)

By the way, it's quite easy to live in Armenia if you have small amount of money - a bear in a pub will cost 1-2 USD, mini-bus ride from any point of town to any other point will cost 0.2 - 0.4 USD and if you eat at home - you will be spending 2-5 USD per day. eating a roll of barbeque on streets will cost you about 2 USD, and a full dinner (without drinks) will cost you about 5-10 USD per person in very nice restaurants.

so ... don't miss the chance to visit our beatifull country!!!
