This nice mansion house which is also used as a b&b is situated in the centre of the historical city of Mechelen, at 200 m from the 'Grote Markt'. Restaurants, cafés, coffee bars, cultural hotspots,... at walking distance. Mechelen is the ideal city to explore flanders because Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven are only at 25 km from Mechelen. The train takes you in about 20 minutes in all these cities. Mechelen also has a lot to offer for families with children: planckendael (Zoo), recreation centre 'de nekker' with great swimming possibilities indoors and outdoors , a big natural park, technopolis, vrijbroekpark,... Mechelen used to be the capital of the Netherlands and that's why you will find here a lot of historical buildings and museums. Also nice to know is that the house has got a gypsy wagon where you can sleep with two adults and two children under 10 years old. This month a barrel sauna and a jacuzzi also will be installed.
