2 voksne - 1 barn
2011-built penthouse 1.5km from Mediterranean shore (next to Haifa), facing east - so there is a lot of sunshine for the BBQ'd breakfast on balcony and no afternoon heat. 2 adult bedrooms with queen beds, 1 kids room (accomodating up to 2 kids). 2 full bathrooms, and car available for swap with 2 parking lots. High-way accessible (highway 22 is 4 min. away) and public transport (rail, bus etc) just steps from the door. New quiet family-oriented neighborhood with everything one may need in walking distance - cafe, supermarket etc. Yet, close to all the major areas attractions - the Carmel and Haifa Downtown is 15 minutes drive away, Akko is 15 minutes drive away.
All the utilities are included, in addition to cable TV and high-speed wi-fi. Independent AirCon in each room for extra comfort.
Our 2011 Toyota Prius could be part of the deal as well.
