Maybe im not living in downtown, but from here you can reach everything!
Public transport is really good, 17mins than you will catch metro lines! Than you can discover the whole historical and romantic Budapest as you prefer!
In the near there is 5mins with walk Tesco, 3 stops with bus is a lake, 5 mins walking a really cute and small river, but better ask what you need i will explain everything! :-)
P.S.: dont take seriously the visiting time what i prefer, it s always depends..-better to ask and discuss, im opend to discuss almost anytime! :-)
