My home is a newly constructed loft that is 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. My loft has a 270 sq. ft. terrace overlooking the street. The home is nicely furnished and has every convenience you need. There is parking as well. The loft has an open concept and a modern eclectic feel. It is located in a very trendy part of Toronto called King West. There are numerous attractions nearby such as restaurants, clubs and shopping. The lake is a 15 walk and the streetcar is at my doorstep.

Toronto has lots of festivals, shows, and is only an hour from the Niagara wine region and Niagara Falls. Also Centre Island, Molson Indy, and Canadian National Exhibition are big draws.

I also belong to a nearby yacht club. I can arrange for you to also use the facilities there and to spend time on my sailboat. The sailboat is a 32' Hunter with cabins, kitchen etc. Meals on the boat are wonderful, looking at the lake and city skyline. The club has a restaurant and bar and lots of bbq space with 3 propane bbq's free of charge.
