Cape Cod styled home on a quiet cul de sac half mile from a bay side beach and a short ride to an ocean side beach. The house was built in 1999 and is a vacation home for us that we rent out in the summer months. It sits on a half acre lot in a residential neighborhood. Perfect for families with small children. The first floor has an open kitchen, dining, living room area with cathedral ceiling; a den, master bedroom (also with cathedral ceilings), bath with shower and stacked washer/dryer. The second floor is a bedroom with en suite full bath. There is a screened in porch and large patio with enclosed outdoor shower.
