We have a three bedroom,two storied home with three bathrooms and toilets,study,large entertaining or family room downstairs,lounge,kitchen,laundry with usual appliances.We have a two car garage with automatic opener.All this is set in very nice gardens and lawn.

Although we are fairly rural,surrounded by avocado.tangelo,orange and kiwifruit orchards we are only two minutes from a golf course and five minutes from a beautiful beach,two restaurants,a cafe.As well we have doctors,a dentist,vet,three small shops,physios so we are well served.
Tauranga city is approximately twenty minutes away by car, Mt Manganui a half an hour away,Rotorua,Hamilton,Cambridge about an hours drive and Auckland two and a half hours away.
