Charming small apartment near the old town and near the Lake Annecy, where everything is possible to make for feet or for bike.

This apartment is in 5 minutes of the lake and the old town, 2 minutes of the center to courier (department store, fnac, stores any kinds), of the cinema, and the tourist information office, where théatres and concerts are proposed there. It is also situated in 5 minutes of the train station of Annecy.

To park if you need be near, there is the parking Carnot, or a free park which is 10 minutes for feet.

The street Carnot in which is situated the apartment is a pedestrian street, thus there is not or a little bit passage of cars. Windows are equipped with double glazing.

There are the markets of the old town every Tuesdays, on Fridays and Sundays morning. You have at arrangement a rolling shopping cart to make them more easily.
A small program on all the activities of the week, as well as all the good plans of the city will be at your disposal.
