Our Condominium is a 4* complex named Club del Sol. It has 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 40' flat screen TV in livingroom , 32" flat screen TV in master bedroom, linens, hairdryer, bath and beach towels included. BBQ, table with chairs in terrace with view of Golf Course. Fully equipped kitchen, private washer & dryer area inside de condo. WiFi device available at condo just bring your laptop. The size of the condo is aprox 1150 sq. , there is satellite TV, books, tourist guides, etc. Pool is unheated and its being remodeled to be ready end of February 2014.


The clubhouse has a beauty salon, gym, tennis and basquetball courts, restaurant, etc. You can also use the facilities at El Cid Main Resort and the beach located at 30 minute walk through Golf Paths.. Grocery store is at 15-20 minute walk. This is the place where you can enjoy the sun, nice weather, friendly people and great food all year round .
El Cid Residencial area is a private Country Club & Golf Course with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlan. Unit complex is always kept clean . Mazatlan is also an original old Spanish town with a preserved Colonial section (downtown) which includes old Mexican plazas, a restored opera house (Angela Peralta theatre) and modern restaurants sitting around hundreds year old squares and fountains.

Mazatlan is a favorite destination in Northamerica for those who wish to escape the winter season. Sunny/tropical weather at least 10 months of the year!
