Neighborhood: Warwick is a waterside suburb of Rhode Island's capital city, Providence. Home is in a residential neighborhood five minutes drive to the train station/TF Green International airport; 10 minute drive to village seaside dining and shopping; 15 minutes drive to downtown Providence; 40 minute drive to ocean beaches;75 minutes drive to Boston; 3 hour drive to NYC (or just take the train to either city...). Home is a two bedroom, one bathroom 1928 bungalow - a small but well-appointed "hobbit house," as we like to say. Meaning it is cozy with lots of wood and warm lighting. Our home is child-friendly, with one room devoted to books, toys and art materials. Large yard with patio and grill for meals outside. Also a tree fort. Vegetable gardens will be producing something by June, and three friendly chickens might give you one egg per day (neighbors will feed the chickens). We have a dog, who will be elsewhere while you are here.
