I can offer an ample and clean flat (75 m) in the 5th district of Vienna. It´s only 10 minutes by subway to the center (St. Stephan's Cathedral - 1st district) and 7 min walk to the next subway station.
There are two bed rooms (1 double king size + 1 single king size), a living room, a kitchen, a small balcony, one bathroom and a separate toilet. So it´s perfect for one to three persons.
