Our slice of luxurious mountain paradise is located in beautiful Salida, CO, a charming town of 5500 people that's a short distance from the famed Rainbow Trail. Chaffee County enjoys over 340 days of sunshine annually, has the most 14,000+ peaks concentrated into the smallest geographical area in the USA, is 20-30 minutes from Monarch Ski Area & the Continental Divide, and this stretch of the Arkansas River is the most rafted river in the USA. Salida' Christmas Mountain has been featured on HGTV as the "Town that Decorates an Entire Mountain." Our 2200 sq. ft. custom home is secluded on 11.5 acres with stunning views of the mountains, easy access to restaurants, bars, 4-wheeling, hiking, skiing, rafting, horseback riding, fishing, and zip lining. There's a W/D, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, jetted tub, well equipped kitchen, high end linens and three outside decks. We also have a sauna!
