Our condo is located on the beautiful island of Siesta Key near Sarasota, Florida. The condo offers you both privacy and seclusion, plus the convenience of the nearby beach, restaurants, shopping and an assortment of boutiques.
We are offering a home exchange (simultaneous or non-simultaneous) of our two bedroom, two bath vacation home. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. It is located directly across from Siesta Key Beach, which was voted the #1 beach in the USA last year as reported in an annual survey by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, director of the Laboratory for Coastal Research at Florida International University. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the private balcony. A private walkway provides access to the beach. Our condo is fully furnished.
Siesta Key is an 8-mile long island, nestled between the Gulf Mexico and Sarasota Bay, joined to Sarasota by two bridges. It is the perfect year-round vacation retreat. The popular attractions in the Orlando area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, are only a 2 ½ hour drive away.
