Village house in the heart of Chianti. Half hour from Siena, Greve and Montevarchi. One hour from Florence. Set in a beautiful medieval village which has the original gate and two tenth century towers.The house is on two floors with one bedroom on an additional floor. There are four bedrooms two double with bathrooms en-suite and two single bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, second master bedroom with AC and en-suite bath with separate shower, laundry room with washer and dryer and courtyard with covered dining table. The first floor/ second floor in US has the master bedroom with AC, bath, sitting room and single bedroom two steps down. The next floor up has a single bedroom ( both single bedrooms are large and single simply because they have one bed) and shower room with sink and WC.
