Our cosy, fully equipped home is in a lovely quiet area with expansive sea views. Katikati is our nearest town only 6 minutes away being very central to Auckland(2hrs), Rotorua (1.5hrs), Tauranga (25mins) and the beautiful Coromandel penninsula (1.5hrs).Great area for exploring NZ's east coast.
High speed internet is available for use.
House is heated by a wood burner, freeview TV, spa on the deck.
Our small boat complete with fishing gear may be available for use along with a tractor for launching at all tides only 200 metres away.
We will have a car available.
Bush and beaches are only 20 minutes drive away as well as three beautiful golf courses.
We have 3 adult, well behaved cats that would love to be fed while you are in our home but neighbours will take over while you are away.
