The house is 5 years old and is very comfortable and located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 3 km from the village and 8 km from the town of Tullamore.Tullamore is located at the very centre of Ireland and so is an ideal location for touring.Refer to www.offalytourism.com. Tullamore is linked to Dublin and Galway by train.We live at the edge of an environmental park called Slieve Bloom and it is an area with great scenery.Tullamore is 90 mins drive from Dublin airport,105 mins drive from Shannon airport,120 mins from Rosslare Harbour (ferry to France). We offer a 3yr old 7-seater Opel Zafira or 4yr old Honda Accord ( with automatic gears) for exchange.
