We're a family of four (41,41,10,6) and a doggy and we live in a 100 mq flat (3 bedrooms - 7 sleepings)in a unique neighbourhood of Rome called Garbatella. It's very nice, quite and green-belt site, only 3 km to Colosseo, 1 km to ancient Appia road monumental park and 30 minutes to the sea side.
Closed to us there're: many buses lines (the metro station is 10 minutes walking); one of the most important theatre of the city; many restaurants and pubs; cinema; parks and playgrounds; cycle tracks; public swimming pool; tennis court; fitness center; street daily food market, supermarket, shops and our regular very good fishmonger.
