Our beach house has a modern interior; the openplan kitchen & living area & also the masterbedroom have stunning sea views & American oak floors.Throw open the doors step on to the deck & checkout the waves .Island kitchen bench & bosch appliances, & the 2 1/2 bathrooms are tiled which adds to the feeling of luxury.Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the lapping waves & native bird song.It is spread over 4 levels with 8 steps between each level.The first level consists ofthe living/kitchen area,deck & laundry /toilet,the 2nd level is the masterbedroom & ensuite,3rd level has 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & access to the back deck with views of sea on one side & rolling hills,4th level has a family room with 2 sofa beds,& doors on opening to the garden.
2mins walk to newsagent(fresh coffee & icecreams) & cafe,2 mins to park & safe family beach,1 min to bus stop,Oneroa (local township)6 mins drive.
Our great views are because of the steep site above road ,all landscaped & safe but not suit elderly.
