Our comfortable family home is a 1950's renovated bungalow.
It is 1km away from downtown Victoria, a world class tourist destination. It is also .5km away from the ocean.
The house itself has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a sitting room attached. The living room / dining room is a large, open 'great room'.
Our cat spend most of his days outside and a neighbor will feed them if you go away for a few days.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Cook St Village is a couple of blocks away and has restaurants, a bank, post office, pub, bakery,video store and groceries.
The city has good public transport. Vancouver and Seattle are easy to get to and make good 2-3 day excursions.
