We have an exchange for July/August , but are open to exchanges after this.
Our house is in the beautiful coastal town of Broadstairs with its fantastic beaches. The house is a former chapel and has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living / dining room / kitchen. The large garden has a terrace, lawn and heated swimming pool.
We are 10mins walk from the beach and 5mins walk to the centre of Broadstairs. You may also use our Fiat Multipla car (6 seats) to drive yourself to London (1.30hrs) or Canterbury (20 minutes0
We are two adults, working in Local Government and our 6 year-old son attends primary school. We all love to read, hike, eat, shop, travel, see new places and meet new people.
We are open to year round international holiday offers provided that they fall within the school holidays.
