Small house of charm, entirely renovated. At the heart of the city center, it has access to all amenities (shops, press seller ...) while being close to the beach (300m).

The house is about 45sq meters over three levels. The ground floor comprises a living / dining room, kitchen and a bathroom (shower and toilet). The first floor has a second bathroom (shower and toilet), a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace. The top floor is a room with two single beds.
