LOOKING FOR SYDNEY mid-June 2013 through 31 July 2013
We are veteran exchangers to Sydney, having spent 4 months in lovely Longueville, NSW during husband's long service leave in 2009. We are dying to return to Sydney after our older son graduates from high school in June 2013 and would like to spend approximately six weeks, through 31 July, in Sydney. Escape your winter and enjoy our lovely summer in Seattle!
Mercer Island is a safe and affluent suburb of Seattle, 12 km from Seattle CBD. It boasts highly educated residents, including many lawyers, doctors and other professionals. It is close to HQ for Microsoft, Starbucks and Boeing. Mercer Island has an excellent public school district and its student scores are the highest in Washington state.
Our home is 250' mm and has 4 BR and 3 BA, including 2 ensuite bathrooms. We have two large lounge rooms, dining area, and eat-in kitchen. We have all modern appliances, including internal washer and dryer, electric range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Large fenced in yard. We are non-smokers and request the same. Biking and camping equipment available, and car exchange is negotiable.
