River is navigable to Ohio River, and then the Mississppi River, or other way to Tom Bigbee canal to Mobile, Al. and Gulf In the back yard a 30 foot x 10 foot private dock for boat or swimming.

Low cost living on a navigable Tenn. river on Wheeler Lake with private 30 ft. boat dock. 10 miles from Wheeler State Park with restaurant and golf course and near all the Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses. Within the confines of the waterfront community are homes, condos, Bay Hill Marina and a health club with private pool. This house has a gorgeous view of lake/river containing 67,100 acreas extending roughly 60 miles between Guntersville and Wheeler dams with boat locks.
