GRANDMOTHER WANTING EXCHANGE

- 3 months between May/June - Aug/Oct - to avoid the heat.

Ideally I would like somewhere in Brisbane South as my daughter and grandson live in Manly, Brisbane.

Where I live ..

Evesham is a delightful and historic market town ideally situated on the edge of the Cotswolds with a large number of interesting towns within a 30 mile radius, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester and Warwick to name but a few. You can drive the 40 miles to Oxford in one hour or go by train, which takes only 30 minutes. London is one and a half hours away by train.

There are a number of historic houses in the area. Warwick Castle [billed as Britain's greatest mediaeval experience] is only 30 minutes drive away should not be missed.

My house is just over 100 years old and is light, bright and airy. It is in easy walking distance of both the town centre and river and also the train station.

There are good transport links to Heathrow and Gatwick airports as well as to Birmingham International airport.
