EXCHANGE TOSCANA. Situated in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, two minutes walking to the town hall, cathedral. Close to park, sea and beach. On the third floor (with elevator), our flat has two floors, down two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dinning and seating room and kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms more, one bathroom, one office and a big terrace. The flat was complete arrange 4 years ago. Car could be exchanged also.
