Next to the famous and lovely park of Buttes Chaumont,10 minutes walking for typical area of Belleville (restaurants, cafés, market...) not far from Canal de l'Ourcq with restaurants " de charme" , movies and good place for biking( free bicycle at the bottom of the flat, 5 metro stations(10 minutes) to Chatelet, heart of Paris
