LOCATION
My home is in Strand which is right next door to Somerset West. This area is collectively know as the Helderberg Basin and is very popular among foreigners staying in South Africa.

Easy access on N2 motorway too:
1. Cape Town international Airport (30 km)
2. Cape Town (40 km from city centre)

HOUSE
Less than 2 km’s walk to an absolutely lovely long west facing sand beach with beautiful sunsets. The house has 3 bedrooms of which one is a small room used as an office (computer&internet). One bedroom has a double bed in it while the other room has a 3/4 bed (big single bed). The neighborhood is very quite and safe with an enclosed back yard for private barbeque's or tanning etc.. The front door opens up to small front yard with a big communal park.

WHAT TO DO

Go do Shark Cage diving with the infamous Great White Sharks of False Bay (http://www.xploratours.co.za/ ) or take the scenic road along the south coast for a day and go do whale watching in Hermanus. [June - December] (http://www.hermanus-whale-cruises.co.za/). Take my fishing rods walk to the beach and do some fishing, climb the Helderberg mountain or play golf at the Somerset West golf club. http://www.somersetwestgolfclub.co.za/
