We have a modern two storey townhouse located in a vibrant inner city area. We are close to the entertainment and cafe strips of Leederville, Mt Lawley and Northbridge.

The house is walking distance to alfresco cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, Beatty Park aquatic leisure centre and a cinema.

We are close to tennis and bowling clubs, and a public golf course. A 20 minute drive takes you to some of Perth's famous beaches.

A short walk to the bus services to the city and Scarborough Beach, as well as the train to Fremantle and Mandurah and easy access to the freeway.
