Hamilton is centrally placed for tourism throughout the North Island as well as having many excellent amenities itself. Auckland is 90 minutes, Surfing beaches 45 minutes, Rotorua geothermal and Waitomo caves 90 minutes.
Spa Bath, 2 separate showers, electric blanket,2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed and ensuite with separate shower, underfloor heating in tiles areas, gas fire.
Shops/Restaurants/City centre 15min easy walking distance.
