The closest you can be to the city, with all the pleasanness of a yard in summer!
We have a nice town house with a yard (teck outdoor table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs and BBQ) in a quiet and friendly neighborhood (5 min to convenience stores), but still very close to the exciting city of Paris.
5 min walk to the subway (line 7) 20 min door to door to the heart of Paris.
We have 3 kids and the house is full of toys, DVDs, books, bikes, rollers, etc.
You can use our car if you want to visit the countryside around Paris, or go for a week-end in Normandy! And it's very easy to go anywhere in Paris with the public transportation.
Wi-fi, ethernet, laundry and dryer, pets OK. We have a cat (low maintenance!) and a few plants.
