Our house is located on +1 acre with a 40ft back patio surrounded by gardens and natural woodlands. There is a distant ocean view. Within 10 minutes the Seawall Walk, Westwood Lake Park, Newcastle Island Marine Park, shops and many other parks are all accessible. Day trips to Victoria (60 mi.), Parksville, the Gulf Islands and many other Vancouver Island destinations are possible. Long Beach and the West Coast are a few hours drive away.
