Luxury 3 bedroom holiday home in small seaside resort, 2hrs drive (or train/bus) north of Sydney. Both levels have 180 degree panoramic views of the Bay and marina.
Bay beaches, restaurants, shops, cinema, clubs, golf, marina, bush walks, or bowling are all an easy walk away.
Nelson Bay is a small resort on the shores of Port Stephens Bay, popular with families and couples. The large Bay has sheltered beaches, and is popular for sailing, fishing & water sports. Several surf beaches, coastal resorts, and a shopping mall are a 10min drive away.
Various cruises and ferries leave from the marina, including whale & dolphin watching, game fishing, parasailing, and jet boating!

Our modern "beach house" is fully air conditioned, and equipped with dishwasher, BBQ, and microwave. Living areas, kitchen, and a small bathroom are on the ground floor, with internal access to the double garage. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs (2 doubles and one twin), with 2 full bathrooms - the large main bedroom has 180 degree views, plus an ensuite with spa & shower.
