Our two storey Townhouse is located at Ledge Point Perth Western Australia. Ledge Point is 125km North of Perth, 12 km south of Lancelin (famous windsurfing /kitesurfing location) .It is a cray fishing village and in recent years has become a tourist destination. It is a very relaxing quiet town . It has white sandy beaches, good beach fishing , surfing , wind surfing and kite surfing. Ledge has a golf club , available to visitors at a very reasonable cost. $15/ game. Clubs can be hired. The golf club, a 9 hole course, was built by volunteers and designed by an a Scottish professional . He designed it so that every 3rd hole you were back at the club house (in case you had had enough!).
The Townhouse is part of a private Village complex, located on the ocean front. The village complex has facilities for the use by tenants of the village only. These include a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, table tennis and games room. Also located in the village is a Cafe where you can dine or get coffees etc.It is very reasonably priced. The village complex has a caretaker couple , Betty and Peter, who will assist you if needed.The Townhouse has ocean views, and is 120m from the beach.It has satellite TV, dishwasher,microwave oven, stove ,washing machine, internet wireless access, fishing gear, golf clubs and tennis racquets. I love Ledge..its such a relaxing place and easy to get too from Perth.
