Attractive, comfortable house on 2 levels in a quiet older area of Victoria. 5 min. walk to ocean with marina and views of mountains across Straits of Juan de Fuca. House has good-sized main rooms,is well-equipped and modernized with deck and garden. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a third bedroom with bathroom close-by is possible. Close to bus routes to downtown. Victoria is a great town for tourists with whale-watching, kyaking, walking, museums, galleries, glorious gardens etc. Ferries to Gulf islands and Vancouver and Seattle. Climate is close to that of Provence but with cooler summers. Possibility of car.
