I would like to come and visite my brother in San Francisco/ Sausalito, for a couple weeks in August, or to go and visite friends staying in NYC, in Manhatan. Come and exchange.
My place is in Paris, and it's very special, it's an incredible Light Studio apartment with a private garden !
It is 27 squ. meters (293 sq. foot), but it's not tiny; for every room has it's own window looking over a private garden. It looks and feels like a 100 squ. meters apartment !
It's modern architecture, so space is very well organised. It's calm and quiet, and it’s in a residential smart and safe neighbourhood. Ideally located with many great links to several parts of central Paris.

Perfect for two. It's a cosy design decoration. There's a bathroom (with bathtub) and separate toilets, living area (with a luxury double bedding) and the kitchen fully equiped (dish washer included)! There's a washing machine, Wifi, Hifi, Tv and piano ... Red velvet coach and carpet on the floor. The sun comes into the living area from 11 AM to 4 PM in summer !

The main focus is the hundred squ. meters garden (3 times the appartment!) and a little wood terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and candle lights evenings among birds...
Garden-lover's welcome ! It's wantedly kept wild and jungle!
In summer, there's a second terrace far from the facade where you can do BBQ's!
It looks over some of Unesco's offices so no 'vis à vis'.

It’s in the 15th district in Paris, close to the Eiffel Tower and very convenient for shopping Left Bank. Le Bon Marché is ten minutes away by walk.
Rodin museum, Champs de mars, Invalides and more are feet accessible...
Montparnasse, rue du Cherche Midi, rue Blomet, ... all ancient artist areas also closeby...
The building has a guardian.
Your nearest subway stop is Ségur (line 10 est-west) or Sèvres-Lecourbe (line 6 aerian circle).
