House is 300m2 with a beautiful garden 9000m2 with small lake. only 10 km from bathing beach. Frendly neighbour.we live near Denmarks 2nd biggest city with lots of culture.We live in the quiet countryside, 20 km from airport and ferry to Copenhagen/Oslo/Stokholm. No pets. No smoking. Only 5km from public swimmngpool. Car exchange are preferred
