Beautifull old house from 1898 located in villa area which is under preservation order.
Bergedorf is a part of Hamburg,located on the eastern rim.
A wonderfull old village surrounded by woods and the Marsch-and Vierlande( times ago the floodable part of the river Elbe). By a 5-10 minutes walk you will find everything you need, two times a week you will have a farmers market in the direct neighborhood.
You can use the public train to reach the center of Hamburg in 20 minutes . ( Or by car, also 20 minutes + 20 min to find a parking place were you have to pay a fee for, both no fun)

After Berlin Hamburg is the biggest town in Germany with opera, theater, museum, galleries, the harbour, many bars and pubs, musicals, i think there is nothing you will miss here.
