Historic home in city of Arcachon, recently renovated, very comfortable & spacious.The last floor is a loft with terrace, jacuzzi and view on the basin (atlantique). The kitchens are large and fully fitted...There is a little garden with terrace. The bedrooms are spacious and very clear. Several TV and fireplaces.The beach is at 150meters. We are 2minutes walk away from shops (foods, news, clothes..) and all amenities (doctor, chemist's, dentist...). Many good restaurants in the area and near the beach. We are 15minutes from Atlantic Ocean beaches and forest (walks and bicycle)). There are many activities for all ages. We are near BORDEAUX, a very nice city, famous for its wine and castles.It is also possible to exchange our apartment in the center of PARIS (only four persons) near Montparnasse.it is mostly free and a non simultaneous exchange is therefore possible.
