located in lively neighbourhood 15 mn walk from Eiffel Tower.

au centre de Paris, avec une très agréable terrasse jardin. A 15 mn à pieds de
la Tour Eiffel.
Available for exchange at the following
dates:
- July 12 to 20,
- 1 week between October 17 and Nov 2nd,
- Easter : Cottage in a ski resort in the Alps

We also have an old restored house in Burgundy (wine region), in
the countryside. 180m2, 4 bedrooms, fireplace, in front of the forrest. Huge
garden. Close to the city of Sens at 130km from Paris (1h30 by car).
