10 Sunshine Lane is a cosy 3-storey, 3-bedroom woodframed house nestled in the hills of the San Geronimo Valley, 40 minutes from San Francisco and Berkeley. Our Valley is rural, with horse ranches, great hiking, and tons of wildlife. There's also a full golf course, good restaurants, and we are 7 minutes from the town of Fairfax, full of old west-coast charm.
