Villa 120m2, 3 bedrooms, calm in the close suburbs of Paris.
Our home is in Champigny-sur Marne wich is a town of 80.000 inhabitants, 10 kms southeast of PARIS.
The river Marne is 5 minutes walk away. It’s a charming place, ideal for long walks.
10 minutes from the house, you’ll find a huge leisure park ( Parc du Tremblay ) as well as public swimming pool.
The house is situated in town in a quiet area away from the street.
Transports: Bus service run in our street and all around the town. Access to Paris is available via trains (R.E.R); station is 10 minutes bus or car travelling .
You can also use a car to visit Paris: we are 5 minutes from the motorway A4: you can be in the center of Paris in 30 minutes or very much more time: it depends of the moment of the day!

We also offer a car exchange. We own a Renault Scenic.
All the shops ( alimentation, bread, garage, library, ...) are a short walk away.
We haven’t got any animals and there aren’t any carpets or rugs in the house.
We are no smokers people.

You will be well situated to visit Paris, Fontainebleau (1 hour), Eurodisneyland (less than 1 hour) and lots of other interesting places.
We have 2 children : Perrine, 25 who live in a town near Paris, and Clément, 22 who study in Brisbane.
Of course, we will use the facilities offered to us with the same care with which we use our own. When we leave your home, it will be exactly as it was when we arrived.
