Attractive coastal city with beautiful beaches, all facilities, 80 km south of Sydney with good train connections. Our house has been renovated and is light and airy with timber floors.
The large, sunny balcony overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has sweeping views.
The beach is across the road; there is a small, pleasant garden and there are cafe's and restaurants nearby.
It is a 15 minute walk into town, where there are an art gallery, theatre, concerts, movies, shopping and whatever a city usually has to offer.
Internet available, piano, lots of books, TV, friendly neighbors, an outdoor lifestyle.
Domestic help available if required.
