The large, sunny balcony overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has sweeping views.
The beach is across the road; there is a small, pleasant garden and there are cafe's and restaurants nearby.
It is a 15 minute walk into town, where there are an art gallery, theatre, concerts, movies, shopping and whatever a city usually has to offer.
Internet available, piano, lots of books, TV, friendly neighbors, an outdoor lifestyle.
Domestic help available if required.
