A modern 3 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, central heating, air conditioning, BBQ etc, walking distance to Rosebud Shopping centre, Restaurants and the beach. Rosebud is on the south coast of Victoria, one hour's drive from central Melbourne, We are situated on the Mornington Peninsula which is surrounded by Wineries, restaurants and magnificent Golf courses and also has great walking tracks. Sorrento is 15 minutes drive from Rosebud. The Car Ferry leaves from Sorrento on the hour bound for Queenscliff, from where you have access to the Great Ocean Road

In August/September we traveled to Canada, had 6 hospitality stays, which was a wonderful experience, getting the chance to stay and travel with our hosts and see their country.
