Experienced exchangers who respect and value your house and property. *Daughter is 19-years-old and not always a part of the exchange.

We are one hour from (New York City)- an easy train ride which many people do every day for work (Metro North Railroad). An easy 3 hours to Boston or Philadelphia via Amtrak or car.

We live in a beautiful, secluded home which is hidden on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by 3-acres of city wetlands. We live about a 10 minute drive from the Long Island Sound. Fairfield has it all - free concerts, shoppng, restaurants, beaches.

Our house has a den (with a pull out couch), a living room (with another pull out couch), a large eat-in kitchen, a dining room and a (new) full bath on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs (although one bedroom is not available for the exchange).

We have two loving, good cats who mostly live outside and just need food and to be let in and out (and some fish). You might see deer in the back yard. All this, with Broadway 1 hour away! If you leave for a few days at a time, we do have someone who will come in and take care of the house and animals while you travel.
