A 3-4 bedroom terrace house in the grandest heritage street in Melbourne. Courtyard and modern kitchen. 5 mins walk through park to the Albert Village with restaurants/shops and South Melbourne Market. Public transport within 200m. 10 minutes by tram to the heart of Melb, 5 minutes walk to Albert Park Lake and 15 minutes walk to the Bay beach. A lovely and desired area. You are in the heart of Melb with wonderful tram services at your door however we leave for your use an automatic car to get to surrounding attractions including golf courses, Great Ocean Road (90 minutes), Yarra Valley, historic goldfields (90 minutes), skiing (3.5 hours). We are close to freeway entry and 25 mins from airport. Our home is very modern, with all modern appliances, airconditiong and heating, and has formal and informal dining and living areas.
