Very modern one level house on beautiful small lake. Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. Beautiful boathouse/pavilion by the water with a sailboat, kayaks, and canoes for summer use. Secluded and totally private, this home is spectacular in the winter if peace and quiet are your thing. Excellent Nordic skiing trails are available nearby. This house is 25 minutes from Lakefield and two hours from downtown Toronto.
